HEY! LET'S RIDE – Peer-to-Peer Motorcycle Rental Platform
"Platform" refers to the mobile application and related services operated by HEY! LET'S RIDE INVESTMENTS – FZCO, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates.
"User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
"Asset Owner" refers to a User who lists a motorcycle for rental.
"Renter" refers to a User who rents a motorcycle through the Platform.
"Rental Agreement" refers to the legally binding contract entered into directly between the Asset Owner and the Renter.
"App Commission" refers to the service fee retained by the Platform.
2.1 The Platform acts solely as a technology intermediary facilitating the conclusion of Rental Agreements between Asset Owners and Renters.
2.2 The Platform:
2.3 No agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship is created between the Platform and any User.
3.1 Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
3.2 Each User represents and warrants that all information provided is accurate, complete, and lawful.
3.3 The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
4.1 Rental bookings are made through the Platform.
4.2 Payments are processed through the Platform and collected on behalf of the Asset Owner.
4.3 The Platform shall deduct its App Commission before releasing funds to the Asset Owner.
4.4 The Platform acts only as a payment facilitator and is not a party to the Rental Agreement.
4.5 Refunds, cancellations, and payment reversals are not governed by these Terms and may be introduced in future updates.
5.1 Each booking creates a direct contractual relationship between the Asset Owner and the Renter.
5.2 The Platform is not a party to the Rental Agreement and assumes no responsibility for its performance.
Asset Owners are solely responsible for:
The Platform does not verify licenses or vehicle compliance.
Renters are solely responsible for:
8.1 The Platform does not verify the validity, authenticity, or scope of any driver's license.
8.2 License verification is the exclusive responsibility of the Asset Owner.
9.1 The Platform does not provide insurance.
9.2 Any insurance links or references are provided solely for convenience.
9.3 The Platform:
All insurance contracts are entered into directly between the User and the insurer.
Users shall not:
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for: accidents, injuries, death, property damage, loss of income, indirect or consequential damages.
11.2 The Platform's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the App Commission paid for the relevant transaction.
Users agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
13.1 The Platform processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
13.2 Users consent to lawful data processing necessary for Platform operation.
The Platform may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 All disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration in Cebu City, Philippines, conducted in English.
15.3 Court litigation is waived except for enforcement of the arbitral award.
Severability: Invalid provisions shall not affect remaining terms.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
Amendments: The Platform may update these Terms at any time.
